Sprinklr provides tools for brands to manage their social media activities across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and currently serves around 450 enterprise customers.
Founded in 2009, Sprinklr has raised $77 million to date and will use the new funds to continue headcount and infrastructure growth leading up to a potential IPO next year.
