Medallia, a customer experience management startup based in Palo Alto, has raised $50 million in Series C funding from Sequoia Capital.

Medallia helps big companies parse and understand customer feedback to address issues and improve customer service.

Founded in 2001, Medallia has raised $105 million to date and will use the latest cash to hire additional engineers and expand its natural language processing team
